Tuesday night hockey results

The Battlefords North Stars lost their second straight game and were shut out for the second straight time. The North Stars fired 58 shots at the La Ronge net Tuesday, but lost 3-0. Graham Hildebrand was in for the North Stars and made 38 saves in the loss.

In Saskatchewan Female Midget AAA Hockey League action, the lost 7-2 to the Saskatoon Stars Tuesday night at Battleford Arena. The Sharks' goals came from Delaney Ross and Rachel Trach while Rachel Mitchell was saddled with the loss, after being replaced in the first period by Jacy Akre.

In Maymont Tuesday, the Settlers doubled the Glaslyn North Stars 6-3 in Saskatchewan Prairie Hockey League action. Also in the SPHL, Cut Knife hosted and beat Saulteaux 6-4.
