Man still mssing

The Battlefords RCMP are still looking for James Turgeon, 22.

Turgeon was last seen April 17 at 1 p.m. leaving his Battlefords residence on foot. Turgeon has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and has a history of walking away from his residence, but will usually return.

Friday RCMP issued a release indicating Turgeon may be hitchhiking using a different name. The names he is believed to be using are Jerome Benford or Jerome Sandford.

He was last seen wearing a big puffy grey jacket and is described as being over six feet tall and about 250 pounds. Turgeon has not been seen or heard from since.

Anyone with information about Turgeon, or the circumstances involved around his disappearance, is urged to contact the Battlefords RCMP at 306-446-1720 or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), *8477 on SaskTel Mobility Network or submit a tip online at www.saskcrimestoppers.com.  Crime Stoppers is anonymous and does not subscribe to call display and calls are not traced or recorded.
