NW students earn U of R degrees

The University of Regina held spring convocation ceremonies July 6 at the Conexus Arts Centre.

Among the 1,783 graduates were several from the Northwest.

From Battleford, Leslie Anderson earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology and RoxAnne Jordan and Johanna MacGregor Bachelors of Education.

Four North Battleford students also earned degrees: Noelle Duddridge, Bachelor of Fine Arts; Monica Hagel, Bachelor of Arts; Juliana Nichol, Bachelor of Education, Kirsten Samborski, Bachelor of Education.

Ashley Breland of Blaine Lake was conferred a Bachelor of Social Work.

Two Hafford students earned degrees, Joleen Michaelenko a Bachelor of Social Work and Mitchell Wintonyk a Bachelor of Education.

Leoville sudent Mona Chalifour earned a Certificate in Local Government Authority.

Jenna Wall of Maidstone received a Bachelor of Business Administration.

From Marcelin, Mathew Bonin earned a Bachelor of Education.

Jordan Palmer of Marsden earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts.

A certificate in Local Government Authority was conferred on Meota student Jade Johnson.

Janet Gamble of Sonningdale earned a Bachelor of Social Work.

Brenda Aumack of Spiritwood was conferred a Certificate in Local Government Authority.

Vawn student Chelsey Doom earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology.

Sherron Campbell of Waseca earned a Bachelor of Applied Science.

A Bachelor of Education was earned by Wilkie student Megan Mitchell.
