Described as the next best thing to seeing the Beatles live, RAIN will be coming to Estevan in 2013.
Spectra Place made the announcement Friday morning that the popular Broadway production will be making its way to the Energy City April 1.
The multimedia performance features a number of the Beatles top hits live onstage in what is called a not for note performance.
In a press release it was noted the songs range from early hits to later classics (I Want To Hold Your Hand, Hard Day’s Night, Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, Let It Be, Come Together, Hey Jude and more),
"This adoring tribute will take you back to a time when all you needed was love, and a little help from your friends. Like The Beatles, the onstage members of RAIN are not only supreme musicians, but electrifying performers in their own right."
Tickets will be available Saturday October 27 at 10 a.m. by calling Ticketmaster Charge by Phone at 1-800-970-7328. Tickets are also available on-line at Ticketmaster.ca or at Henders Drugs in Estevan.
Spectra Place club seat holders can purchase tickets from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Henders Drugs. Estevan Bruins season ticket holders can but theirs Thursday at 10 a.m.
