Canada Beef building product ambassadors

More than ever consumers want answers to their questions – but ensuring they get them means working with other members of the supply chain says commodity group Canada Beef.

They've recently launched a new brand ambassador program that works with organizations like grocers, foodservice supply companies and other key players to ensure their employees are ready to knowledgeably answer customer questions as they arise.

In a recent publication Canada Beef described this engagement as crucial to ensuring consumers have the information they want and need at the moment the purchase decision is being made.

To accomplish this goal they've launched a multi-million dollar program of seminars and educational events with staff from key stakeholders in the supply chain.
