Charest warns Liberal election loss means Quebec referendum

After nine years in power, Premier Jean Charest is fighting to keep his job as Quebec heads to the polls Sept. 4. Charest says if voters don't cast a ballot for his Liberal party, they're casting a vote for a referendum.
