Bellegarde author Tanya Reimer has released her most recent novel.

Cursed on the Prairies is the third tale in her Sacred Land series, published by Elsewhen Press. It was released as an e-book on Sept. 22, and it will also be available as paperback this November.

In a news release for the book, Elsewhen Press says Cursed on the Prairies offers lingering spirits, a troubled girl shadowing the destiny of a character named Russ, dark rituals, a love potion, cursed men plaguing lands and a prison break that takes Russ away from home when his wife needs him the most.

“Cursed on the Prairies is a Sacred Land Story that shows that the Prairies are a place full of secrets that even a ghost can’t bury,” states Elsewhen Press. “An emotional journey into an alternate history with paranormal and romantic elements that proves we can’t escape our destinies, Cursed on the Prairies is the third of Tanya’s Sacred Land Stories, the culmination of a trans-generational timeline that started in Legends on the Prairies and continued in Ghosts on the Prairies.”

This is the fourth book Reimer has published with Elsewhen Press. She has a story in their anthology, Existence is Elsewhen.

She also has published a novel with Sunbury Press and a short story with Solstice Publishing.
