The Estevan Police Service (EPS) has asked for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Estevan man.

Geoffrey Alexander, 33, was last seen at a family member’s house on Nov. 12. He was reported missing 10 days later.

Police have searched several residences and spoke with multiple people in connection with Alexander’s disappearance.

“We are speaking with as many family and friends as possible, as well as other people who might have come across Mr. Alexander,” said EPS Det. Jay Pierson. “We’re following up leads that are provided via social media, as well as phone calls.”

Since his disappearance became public knowledge on Nov. 22, the EPS has received a couple phone calls from people with an interest in the case, but none have revealed his location thus far.

Pierson said it’s too early to say whether Alexander’s disappearance is suspicious in nature, but it will be investigated thoroughly.

Alexander was wearing a white hoodie and blue jeans when he was last seen. He is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Posters have now gone up in the community and on social media regarding Alexander’s disappearance, and the Missing People of Canada has created a Facebook profile on Alexander.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the EPS at 306-634-4767.
