Ryan Adair Greer

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ryan Adair Greer, born July 11, 1973 at the Regina General Hospital. Ryan, a much loved husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend, passed away tragically on Sunday, June 3, 2007.

Ryan is survived by his loving wife Tamara; his children, Parker, Paityn, Brooklyn, James; parents, Val Scherle (Ken), Jim Greer (Kathy); sister Jocelyn Wiebe (Jeff); step-sisters, Jenessa, Ashley and Meagan; grandmothers, Irene Greer, Gladys Lackey. Ryan will also be remembered by his aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Ryan is predeceased by grandfathers Jack Greer, Keith Lackey, aunts Joanne Greer and Karen Lackey.

Ryan grew up in Regina, attending Judge Bryant Elementary and F.W. Johnson Collegiate. Growing up, Ryan enjoyed playing hockey, baseball and football. Ryan loved a joke and a good laugh. He moved to Estevan in 1994, starting his career in the oil field. He will be greatly missed by all.

There was a celebration of RyanŐs life on Thursday, June 7, 10:30 a.m., at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 109 - 12th Avenue, Estevan. Interment followed at Memorial Gardens, Estevan.

Prayers were held Wednesday, June 6, 7:30 p.m. at Boire Funeral Home in Estevan.
