It is with sadness that the family of Eileen Isabelle Decter (nee Miller) announce her passing on January 7, 2007.

Ellen was born to Fredrick Miller and Olga Nordstrom (nee Hoyum) on May 7, 1946 in Estevan. She was predeceased by her mother and father.

Eileen is survived by her children, Scott Fennel, Sean Fennel, Hayley Fennel, Aaron Decter and by her husband, Dr. Ross Decter. She is also survived by two brothers - Lyle and Darrel Mueller, and four sisters - Geraldine Mooney, Carol Miller, Tami Zurko and Toni Nordstrom.

An interment ceremony will be held at Souris Valley Memorial Gardens on July 21 at 10:00 a.m. There will be a small social at the Legion Hall to follow.
