Cindy Leanne Morson, 48 years young, died on Monday June 25, 2007
It is with great sadness that the family of Cindy announces her passing. After a courageous battle with cancer, she is now at peace. Cindy lived well, laughed often and was loved by all.
She will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed forever, by her husband Tim (Langbank), son, Christopher (Kennedy), sisters Cheryl Ashley (Tagish Lake), Debra Main (Estevan), Coreen Ward (Estevan), and her brother Brad Ward (Okotoks) and their families. Cindy was predeceased by her parents Bruce and Ila Ward. The family finds great comfort knowing they are together once again.
Cindy was a great confidante and friend to many. Strong willed yet unconditionally understanding and compassionae, it was easy to love her. Seldom did she greet you without her sincere smile. Cindy loved to entertain, holidays and celebrations were huge to her and her family, both the decorating and entertaining. A take charge person, her advice will be truly missed by her friends and family.
If only one lesson can be learned from CindyÕs passing, let it be this: take time with loved ones, we all seem so busy these days, but quality time with a friend, a neighbour, or a family member is really the most important thing in life to be cherished.
There was a small gathering and remembrance with the family and friends, at the place Cindly loved most, her peaceful and tranquil haven, their beautiful farm. Many attended, many could not, Tim and Chris wished to thank all of you for cards, letters, flowers, donations, help, prayers and sometimes shoulders.
We thought this little poem put it well. Perhaps you sent a lovely card, or sat quietly in a chair; Perhaps you sent a floral piece, if so, we saw it there. Perhaps you said the kindest words, as any friend could ever say; Perhaps you were not there at all, just thought of us that day. Whatever you did to console our hearts;
We thank you so much.
Bless each and every one of you. - Tim and Chris
