On Saturday, the Estevan Comprehensive School Elecs took on the Central Cyclones in Moose Jaw. The game went to overtime and each team got one possession. The Elecs scored on theirs but missed the convert, putting them ahead 27-21.

The video below is from a disputed touchdown scored by the Cyclones. The video shows Cyclones receiver Jonah Branning attempting to catch a pass from quarterback Parker Chow, while Elecs defensive back Riley Meshke tries to rip the ball out of his hands, eventually succeeding. The play was ruled a touchdown because the officials felt Branning had possession of the ball for long enough.

As the play was on third down, a ruling of an incomplete pass would have given the Elecs their first win of the year.
