Pleasantdale School has opted to go online with its popular annual People’s Choice Art Show.

In an email to the Mercury, principal Michelle Smart said the school is trying to find alternative ways to do some of the activities that are part of their school culture, including the art show.

The voting will be open until Monday at noon and the school will be announcing the winners by the end of the day on Monday.

More than 40 submissions from kindergarten to Grade 8 were received for the virtual show. Pleasantdale will be giving prizes for first, second and third in each of three age categories.
