Talented duo to perform in Estevan

Nick Earle and Chris Kirby will be the next performance in Estevan through the Estevan Arts Council’s Estevan Concert Series.

The talented duo will performance on Nov. 6 at the Royal Canadian Legion’s Estevan branch, starting at 7:30 p.m.

Earle and Kirby deliver a high-energy acoustic blues/roots show filled with high-level guitar playing and soulful vocals, which not only pay respect to the Mississippi Delta, but also pave a new road for blues music in the 21st century.

Between the two, they have won numerous Canadian Folk Music Awards, East Coast Music Awards, Music NL Awards, and have collected a multitude of nominations from the

Maple Blues Awards and more.

The stop in Estevan is part of a 14-community tour of the province that started Oct. 23 in Melville.

Advance tickets are available at Henders Drugs, the Visitor Information Centre in the Estevan Leisure Centre, the Estevan Arts Council office, or ticketpro.ca. Tickets will also be available at the door the night of the performance.
