Estevan and area students graduate from University of Regina

A number of local students celebrated their graduation from the University of Regina at the spring convocation that was held June 1-3 at the Conexus Arts Centre in Regina. The awards were conferred by the U of R’s President and Vice-Chancellor Dr.

A number of local students celebrated their graduation from the University of Regina at the spring convocation that was held June 1-3 at the Conexus Arts Centre in Regina.

The awards were conferred by the U of R’s President and Vice-Chancellor Dr. Vianne Timmons. Presentations were also made to award winners with outstanding academic achievements.

Among the more than 2,162 graduates were: 

Riley Moncrief, Alameda, Bachelor of Business Admin.; Roxann Waelchli, Arcola, BA; Kyle Brokenshire, Bienfait, BA; Elaine Lowdon, Carievale, Cert. in Local Gov’t Authority; Rick Phillips, Stoughton, Bachelor of Business Admin; Michael Raiwet, Stoughton, BSc.
