Emergency crews have been at the scene of an incident in northwest Estevan Saturday afternoon and evening.
Ambulances and Estevan Police Service vehicles were at the scene.
In a message to the Mercury, the Estevan Police Service says a female has been taken safely into custody.
The EPS also stressed there is no risk to public safety.
No other details were immediately released.
