Emergency crews respond to collision on Highway 9 south of Kenosee Lake

The Carlyle RCMP is on the scene of a motor vehicle collision on Highway 9, approximately 2 1/2 kilometres north of the Bear Claw Casino & Hotel.

Both lanes of Highway 9 between the Bear Claw Casino & Hotel and the entrance to Kenosee Lake will be closed for several hours as the investigation takes place.

Traffic in the area is being re-routed by officers on scene. Motorists can expect delays.

The investigation is ongoing.

The RCMP says it does not have further information to release at this time, but updates are expected to be provided Monday.
