The case of a man who has been charged in connection with an incident in Carnduff late last month was back in Estevan Provincial Court on Monday.
Gary Munro Millions made a video appearance. His case was set aside until Oct. 21, and he was remanded into custody.
Millions is now being represented by Mark Brayford.
Millions faces several charges stemming from the incident, which occurred on Sept. 26. He allegedly fired at a Carnduff RCMP police vehicle, and he also faces charges related to impaired driving and for firearms.
