Members of the Estevan Police Service (EPS) made arrests for impaired driving, theft and possession of stolen property on the weekend.
Police arrested and charged a 29-year-old man from Elfros for impaired driving Saturday after he failed a roadside test. The man provided samples at the police station that were more than double the legal limit.
He was lodged in cells until sober and then released with a future court date.
Police were also called to a break and enter at a downtown apartment building on Saturday. Members examined the scene, spoke with neighbours and identified a suspect.
Officers have charged a 16-year-old Estevan youth for break and enter and theft from a local residence. Police also arrested and charged an 18-year-old Estevan man for possession of stolen property.
Members recovered the stolen property and were able to return it to the owner.
