The Estevan Police Service has released the name of a third person nabbed for alleged impaired driving in April.
Daniel Macneish, a 60-year-old man from Winnipeg, was charged with fail or refuse to provide samples of breath upon demand of peace officer, impaired driving and resist arrest.
Police released his name on May 13.
The charges have not been proven in court.
