Two youths have been charged following an alleged assault in the RM of Estevan earlier this month.
In the overnight hours of Oct. 9 and 10, the Estevan RCMP received a complaint of a crash involving a motorcycle.
Police attended the scene and through investigation, it was determined that there was no crash. The investigation revealed a 17-year-old male had sustained injuries from an assault by other teenagers.
Another 17-year-old and a 15-year-old have been charged with assault causing bodily harm. They were released with conditions and will appear in Estevan provincial court on Nov. 30.
The victim did not suffer life-threatening injuries but was taken to the hospital.
An investigation is ongoing.
