Three people charged with homicide in Regina following death of a man originally from Carnduff

Three people have been charged in connection with the death of a man originally from Carnduff. The homicide, which occurred in Regina, was the sixth in the Queen City this year. The victim has been identified as 52-year-old Robert Henry Fuchs.

The victim has been identified as 52-year-old Robert Henry Fuchs. His family has been notified of his death.

At approximately 12:17 a.m. on June 18, members of the Regina Police Service were dispatched to hospital for a report of an injured man. The victim was later pronounced deceased. The investigation led police to a residence in the 1300-block of Garnet Street. 

Continued investigation into this death, in conjunction with the Saskatchewan Coroners Service, resulted in the arrest of three individuals, who were subsequently charged with second-degree murder.

The accused are 35-year-old Marley Dawn McArthur, 36-year-old Richard William Snyder and 24-year-old Anthony Allan Rus, all of Regina.

McArthur and Snyder are each individually charged with breach of an undertaking. Rus is charged with breach of a recognizance.

All three accused persons made their first court appearances on these charges in Regina Provincial Court on June 21.
