In an update to an earlier story, the RCMP now says that a report of a break and enter, and attempted theft, from earlier today proved to be unfounded.
The RCMP says the suspect person reported was a friend returning an item to a garage.
The Carlyle RCMP sent a message out through the RCMP Saskatchewan Crime Watch Advisory System on Thursday at about 9:30 a.m.
According to the report, at approximately 6:30 a.m. Thursday, there was a break and enter and attempted theft of a motor vehicle from a garage in Forget.
The RCMP sent out a message at about 3 p.m. saying that it was an unfounded complaint.
