It was a chilly morning in Estevan on Sunday, but not too cold for Liam Jones of Estevan.
He was excited to be at the Dennis Moore Centennial Park in Estevan – one of a number of youths to be seen at a local park.
While it was cool outside, it was sunny and calm for those who chose to be outside.
