A segment of Albert Street is still closed due to a water break.
The 500-block and 600-block of Albert Street are shut down with no through traffic due to a water break. This closure includes the north sidewalk for all pedestrians.
The public is requested to avoid this area until the construction work has been completed.
The blocks have been closed since Monday afternoon.
Also, Ninth Avenue between Fifth Street and Sixth Street is now open after being shut down since Feb. 12, and the 800-block of First Street is also open again.
