The City of Estevan is advising the public of a road closure and lane restrictions on July 18.
The 400 and 500 blocks of First Street are closed with no through traffic due to road patching. The public is requested to avoid this area until the construction work has been completed.
Also, there are lane restrictions on King Street from Cundall Drive to Hillcrest Drive due to road maintenance. Eastbound traffic will be detoured onto Hudson Road and Hillcrest Drive. For westbound traffic, the detour will be on Cundall Drive. The speed limit has been reduced to 30 kilometres per hour for everyone’s safety.
Flaggers will be onsite to direct the single lane of traffic. The public is requested to slow and use caution when travelling in the construction zone.
