Estevan Chamber's all-candidates forum for the civic election is Oct. 29

The Estevan Chamber of Commerce will host an all-candidates forum for the upcoming civic election in the City of Estevan on Thursday night, starting at 7 p.m. The event is happening at the Access Communications studio in Estevan.

The Estevan Chamber of Commerce will host an all-candidates forum for the upcoming civic election in the City of Estevan on Thursday night, starting at 7 p.m.

The event is happening at the Access Communications studio in Estevan. Due to restrictions on crowd sizes, the event will be closed to the public, but it will be live-streamed. People can watch it on Access Now (Channel 7 in standard definition and 507 in high-definition), or by visiting:

The event will be available to both customers and non-customers of Access Communications Cooperative, and can be seen on-demand once it is finished.

There are 13 candidates on the ballot for the civic election, with two for mayor and 11 for councillor. The mayoral candidates are incumbent Roy Ludwig and challenger Ray Walton.

The 11 candidates for councillor are Blaine Chrest, Lindsay Clark, Rebecca Foord, Travis Frank, Mark Henderson, Tony Sernick, Geoff Thiessen, Shelly Veroba, Kirsten Walliser, Bernadette Wright and Allan Yergens.

All candidates are expected to attend.

The civic election will be Nov. 9.
