New moms and their little ones gather at the Estevan Family Centre every Wednesday to participate in the Gym Babies program.
The interactive playgroup involves babies of 0-12 months old and their guardians. Each group activity helps kids develop physical, emotional, social and cognitive skills.
The youngest baby in this group is only a month old, while the oldest girl is already a year old.
The official part of the program with exercises, songs, stories and different games runs for six weeks. After that, for another six weeks, moms are encouraged to keep coming to socialize, share experience and just have a good time together.
The next group will start in April.
