Due to a water break on Fourth Street, the 1000 and 1100 blocks do not have water at this time.
Crews are presently on scene repairing the break. The affected area is west of the blocks that have had a water main replacement.
It is not known how long the water will be unavailable.
The road is not shut down due to the water break.
Also, due to the water break, the southwest corner of the city has reduced water pressure.
