The Woodlawn Regional Park has issued an advisory about the water levels at the Boundary Dam Reservoir.
Water levels are extremely low and will most likely remain that way this summer. The boat launch has been dredged for the season, but due to low water levels those launching boats need to use extreme caution.
“Friendly reminder to also swim at your own risk at Boundary beach. There are sudden drop offs and currents and with water levels so low, it is now closer to shore lines.
“Use caution and supervise children closely at the beach. Let's keep everyone safe this summer.”
