Delays expected at North Portal border crossing starting Tuesday

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is advising travellers that construction-related delays are expected at the North Portal border crossing for a period of approximately 72 hours, starting at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, October 30.

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is advising travellers that construction-related delays are expected at the North Portal border crossing for a period of approximately 72 hours, starting at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, October 30.

Travellers entering Canada by car or other light vehicle should consider the Northgate border crossing to the east of North Portal, and the Estevan border crossing to the west as alternate routes. Both ports of entry are open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
