The Estevan Wildlife Federation (EWF) has announced the winner of its motorcycle raffle.
The draw happened Saturday night. It was scheduled to happen during the organization’s annual fundraising banquet and auction, which was slated for Saturday, but the banquet and auction was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The winner of the motorcycle was Earl Duncan of Halbrite.
A total of 750 tickets were sold for the raffle. The motorcycle, a 2013 Harley Davidson Dyna wide-glide FXDWG, was donated by Darcy Vatamaniuk with Estevan Fresh.
Proceeds from the bike raffle will be directed towards the EWF’s youth programs, which include their conservation camp, the Fish in Schools program that has been offered in local schools, and the trophies presented to youths during the EWF’s annual awards night.
