Motorists are asked to travel with caution and obey signage.

The information from the Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure says there is one-lane traffic, no passing and police on site. Motorists are asked to reduce speed and be prepared to stop. 

There is no word on the cause or how many rail cars are affected.
