Robert Kitchen of the Conservative Party was elected to a second term as the member of Parliament as Souris-Moose Mountain on Monday night during the federal election.
He addressed his supporters at his campaign office in Estevan once he built a healthy lead, and also thanked the other candidates who ran in the election.
