In the days of the old west, when you were labelled lawless, you were put on a poster that said you were wanted dead or alive. The CWB monopoly is a lawless organization - let's look at the reasons why:
1. CWB is a monopoly, a licence for incompetence and corruption.

2. 2. The voting for CWB monopoly directors is controlled by and manipulated by the CWB monopoly, the CWB is able to rig every election.

3. A contract with the CWB monopoly is totally one sided; the CWB monopoly is able to pt out at any time, without cost or penalty, whereas the farmer is subject to severe penalty for not honouring the CWB monopoly contract.

In the case of Ben Hudye, they are penalizing, curtailing delivery of his product, making a determined effort to destroy Hudye totally for selling a high yielding, high milling wheat that is grown throughout Europe, the U.S.A. and Eastern Canada.

Stephen Harper, Brad Wall and Ed Stelmach supposedly competitive thinking, have a socialist agenda when it comes to the CWB monopoly.

Mr. Harper, Mr. Stelmach and Mr. Wall, socialism does not work!

Trucks seized, farmers thrown in jail up to six months, hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines because these farmers went out and sold their wheat and barley to the highest bidder which was contrary to a lawless and socialist CWB monopoly and their policy of confiscation.

World and U.S.A. wheat prices today are $4 plus per bushel - lawless CWB monopoly prices are less than $3 per bushel.

In the gag order legal case, the court ruled that the "minister responsible" for the CWB lawless monopoly not only has the authority but the responsibility to oversee. Western Canada has had enough of Gerry Ritz rhetoric.

Mr. Harper, remove and replace Gerry Ritz with someone who has the courage to carry out the court decision of the "gag order" and fulfil your promise of a competitive and voluntary CWB. Mr. Harper, since you were elected, the CWB monopoly has become more belligerent and lawless.
