Jones leads Einarson 4-3 after five ends

After five ends, there’s not a lot separating two of the top rinks in Canada as Jennifer Jones is taking on Kerri Einarson in the women’s final of the Home Hardware Canada Cup in Estevan. Jones leads Einarson 4-3 after five ends at Affinity Place.

After five ends, there’s not a lot separating two of the top rinks in Canada as Jennifer Jones is taking on Kerri Einarson in the women’s final of the Home Hardware Canada Cup in Estevan.

Jones leads Einarson 4-3 after five ends at Affinity Place. In the fifth end, Jones counted an exciting two after threading the needle to the button with a difficult tap back.

Einarson has former skip Val Sweeting – originally from Redvers – as the third in in her first year on a team which all has skipping experience.

Jones is the defending Scotties Tournament of Hearts champion. 

Tonight's men's final is at 7 p.m.
