Gymnastics students participate in meet

The Estevan Gymnastics Club's competitive and pre-competitive teams attended the Queen City Gymnastics Club Invitational on March 16 and 17.

In the competitive division, in Junior Olympic 3, for those born in 2009 and 2010, Halle Lozinsky finished ninth, Greycin Biette was 13th, Olivia Von Sprecken was 18th, Emily Michael was 20th and Peyton McIntrye was 21st.

In Junior Olympic 3 for those born in 2007 and 2008, McKenna Ruzicka was 23rd and Bree Moroz was 25th.

Haley Bonokoski was first in Junior Olympic 3 for those born in 2004-2006.

In Junior Olympic 4 (born in 2008 and later), Haley Murphy was 13th, Presley Hollingshead was 14th and Lila Hale was 15th. Abigail Jones did not place due to injury.

Chelsea Brady was 12th in Junior Olympic 4 (born in 2007 or earlier).

The Junior Olympic 6 (born in 2006 and earlier) saw Zoey Thompson finish sixth, Abby Krupka in 13th and Megan Wilson in 20th.

As for the pre-competitive team, in the Junior Olympic 1 division, Anna Biggs and Taryn Bohn won gold. Silver medals went to Autumn Tendler, Carsyn MacDonald, Heidi Byers and Kiley Eberle, while Bella Hammett won bronze.

In junior Olympic 2, Danika Yanyu and Harlow Weiss won silver.
