The Estevan Comprehensive School Elecs football team prepared for the upcoming season by facing the Weyburn Comprehensive School Eagles Friday in an exhibition game at the Woodlawn Athletic Field.
The Elecs had the only touchdown of the game, but the game was more about getting ready for the season than the score.
The teams had 10 plays on each possession to advance the ball and try to score. Even if there was an interception or fumble, the possession continued.
Coaches were on the field for the possessions as well.
The Elecs will start their season on Sept. 7 with a home game against Moose Jaw Peacock.
