Sasi, Dutka, Fichter win major ECS athletic awards

The Estevan Compehensive School’s athletic awards night Thursday highlighted some of the biggest moment’s in the school’s athletic calendar.

The Estevan Compehensive School’s athletic awards night Thursday highlighted some of the biggest moment’s in the school’s athletic calendar.

The big winners of the night were male athlete of the year John Sasi and female athlete of the year co-winners Tatiana Dutka and Morgan Fichter.

Sasi starred on the senior boys basketball team, badminton and track, while Dutka and Fichter was involved in basketball, track and volleyball, with Dutka also winning a medal in golf.

Also winning for sportsmanship were male athlete Carter Davenport and female athlete Jean Rose Be.
